Sport Clips Haircuts of Jackson

I blame myself for not noticing sooner..... To add to my other review, all the guy did was cut the long to match the short better. He didn't even cut all the dead ends off, you can see what was cut and what was not. I wanted all dead ends obviously 🤦🏽‍♀️

This is the 4th time coming here. Had 3 great experiences. Then this one was the absolute worst. Like "hey, lets all stop working and talk about our stupid tattoos while the customer sits there in silence for 5 minutes until we decide we want to go back to work"... geez. That was extremely unprofessional. I was the only customer, felt like I didnt exist. What happened to previous good management? This wouldn't be happening, every employee wouldn't think this is okay behavior if you had good management. But every single employee this morning needs to get their heads on their work and off their ex husbands tattoos. The haircut is a 5 out of 10. Ive had worse. No doubt itd be better if the employee wasn't so distracted by the personal conversations of the manager and other stylists.

The only reason why I come here is because of the coupons. All they do is give me a Fade and wash and massage me. They are ok but the waits are forever. If you can plan a day ahead of when you what a cut. Definitely need more workers in there at once. My sitting space. I dont like rubbing my knees with someone else. The girls were great everytime I went in. In my experience they were nice and friendly.

Went there Sunday at 4, it said online that they were open til 6. Online wouldn't let me schedule for a spot, but it said walk ins were welcome. When I walked in, the bleached out fake blonde haired female worker asked if I scheduled an appointment, and as soon as I started to explain to her that it wouldn't let me schedule online she rudely interrupted me and told me that since online wasnt taking appointments they arent accepting customers. When I told her that thier online said walk ins were welcome, she told me that she dont know why it said that, like I should already know they dont want anymore people there... I get stuff has been busy cause of the time of year but I dont know any cosmetologists that get money without GOOD customer service skills and she is definitely needing some tr

I normally don't leave reviews because their bias but for what it's worth at this point, I'll just mention what I experienced. After I walked in and registered, I didn't get a text to let me know I was next. 45 minutes later they took me. To be honest, this whole establishment reminded me of Great clips (Walmart) with a sport like environment. It was just commentary highlights that played on cable the whole time ( like 1.5 hrs.) there. I had one of 3 of those $10 promotional cards that arrived in the mail, and a marginal tip. Needless to say, I gave the other 3 vouchers away. In summary, rough. Peace be with.
