I usually get a fade and styling, and she always asks exactly how I want my hair and delivers a clean, solid cut. Super reliable, great attention to detail, and I always leave happy with the result. I always come here and normally never have any problems until today. To say that the person who cut my hair has no experience under their belt is an understatement, my hair was completely ruined and it looks nothing like what I had asked for when I sat on that chair. I think the manager that is in charge there tried to rescue the situation by stepping in and trying to even my hair out but being that I didn’t want to make a fuss about this situation I said my hair was fine and I left. I am completely disappointed in the lack of honesty from the people that this establishment hires in terms of experience. Veronica is probably the best barber I’ve ever had at a sports clips. I have long curly hair, and she got the image I showed her with adjustments I mentioned perfectly. It’s honestly super impressive!
