Amber J has an exceptional eye and sense on how to talk with clients and get on a personal level with them as she gives a haircut. She don’t just give haircuts, she wants to give them an experience that makes me feel at home.Amber has an awesome smile and interaction with her clients goes way above her job duties. She is will to be patient with younger people and working with the parents to give both an outstanding look that both of the clients love. I came in on Saturday, I knew it would be pack but I didn't expect to be stuff in a booth like a sardine. We are literally on top of one another. They placed me in the spot with no TV and just no room to breathe. I chose sports clips for the experience and was not given that. I got the MVP package but didn't feel like I got the experience I paid for. I left satisfied with my cut but just not the overall experience. I understand its a busy day and the stylist are great just don't understand why the manager would want customers sitting like that.

Went in with minimal wait time. Less than 10 minutes. Amber, the stylist listened to exactly what I was looking for. She did not disappoint. I will definitely be back

The hairstylist are good but their line up system is ridiculous. Got in the lineup today was told my haircut was at 1:25 and make sure I was 5 minutes early. I got here at 1:15 sat down and it still said I somehow had 33 minutes left. But as it got closer to my time my wait just kept going up by the time of my originally scheduled haircut my wait was up to 45 mins which is more then it was when I originally made the appointment. Needless to say I had to leave because I had to go back to work. What a waste of my time. Why even offer an appointment time if you are unable to meet it? Not only that somehow I would have been waiting almost an hour past my scheduled time just to get a haircut. Wont be coming back until they get this bs fixed.

Visited this barbershop to get my son a haircut the day before school started back. I was surprised at how busy they were, yet our wait time was 15 minutes max. I was very pleased with the haircut my son received (bald fade w/ a little length off the top). I paid attention to the other girls that were cutting hair and was pleasantly surprised at just how good everyone did. I’m very finicky about haircuts and especially fades. But I honestly believe that they hold these ladies to a high expectation because every cut I saw was awesome. Can’t go wrong going with this Sports Clips location. They even treated my son to the warm towel, shampoo, and back massage. It was truly an ideal experience and we will definitely be back.
