Regular customer. Friendly employees, regardless of day / time / circumstances. It helps to know exactly what you want and to pay attention. They're certainly willing to revise whatever is necessary -> missed hair (mine is very fine, but thick), uneven sides, redoing back of head hairline. They want you to be satisfied m, happy, and to be a return customer. I've used all three of their current stylists.

Don’t come here if you’re looking for anything other than a buzz cut. I come in and show barber a picture of a medium taper fade with a textured fringe down to the eyebrows. She apparently did not take the picture into any consideration as a month and a half later my hair is still shorter than the photo I showed her. Instead, she left me with no bangs at all, no hair to even style. I have never felt more self conscious about my hair and all my friends agree she did a terrible job. Even disregarding the mess she made of my hair on top, the fade on the sides is mediocre at best. I will never return to any sports clips location unless I’m looking for a buzz cut, even then i would still worry they would mess it up.

This ensures every stylist can easily review, confirm, and make any necessary adjustments, which makes each visit seamless. In more than four years as a customer, I have only experienced one concern, and it was promptly and professionally resolved by the management team. I highly recommend the Sports Clips Hazel Dell location for the professionalism, courtesy, and customer care.

The last two haircuts have been by the Area Manager Mallory who did an awesome job. Yesterday, Vanessa from the Hazel Dell store cut my hair. She was great. Asked me lots of questions and confirmed what Mallory had done the last time. I plan to use her in the future. Thank you Vanessa!
