Sport Clips Haircuts of Harrisburg

So my normal barber was not available due to the holiday weekend, so I decided to take a chance and give Sport Clips a try. What could it hurt as I get my haircut every two weeks anyway, right? When I got there I didn't know the protocol. Only one barber was there and she was cutting a client's hair. She clearly saw me and said nothing to me. I figured out on my own that I had to sign in and did so, taking the first available barber. One minute later two barbers walked out from the back room and I was taken to a chair by the male barber. He then asked how I wanted my hair cut, and I gave him detailed information down to the #2 blade that I requested be used on the sides of my head. He subsequently cut my hair and used ONLY the barber clippers for my entire head! He changed the #2

Amanda always does a great job keeping me looking my best self! Super person-able and never a dull moment of conversation. She’s the absolute best in more ways than just a haircut.She knows how to keep me coming back and she’s just so good at what she does..Going to sport clips? Believe me there’s only one girl to get the job done and that’s Amanda she gets 11/10 in my book!..sport clips 10/10! I look forward to my bi-weekly haircut just to sit in her chair and watch her get to work. Absolute delight every time and always leave looking fresh!Worth it it every time!

I've been to multiple Sports Clips and have had minor issues each time but nothing that would make me not continue to come, that is, until this last time. I scheduled with Carley for an 1140am appointment and showed up at 1125am. There was someone else scheduled with Sophia already waiting as well. Carley came out around 1140 and called the other client back instead. I figured, oh well, I don't care. I really only scheduled the time that fit my errands for the day, not the stylist in particular. However, I waited 15 more mins and no one else came out for me so I left and won't be returning this or any other Sports Clips going forward.

Got a great cut but I feel like I get screwed over by the sign in process. I book an appointment to wait behind walk ins who didnt schedule anything only because they walked in the door a few minutes b4 I did. Whats the point of booking then?? The stylists are great and the cuts are good but they need to change their policy with sign ins and prioritize the customers who make an appointment and show up 10 minutes early.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I hate to be the person to leave a negative review but I saved a spot on the app for my son at 4:30 pm it said I had an 80 something minute wait time. Perfect. This is an established routine we made for my son who is on the spectrum. He used to be terrified of getting cuts and now it is his favorite thing in the world to make an appt with Carley. What made me more emotional is he didn’t even really need a haircut he asked for one because his birthday party is Sunday. I was shocked he would break his routine but that’s how important this was to him. We get there around 5:45 and Carley was finishing up we were next. Apparently Laura skipped some adult man and his teenage son and took another guy back and the adult started yelling and throwing a tantru
