Extremely unprofessional customer service for a manger (Martha Gher). She was argumentative with a fellow employee regarding skipping clients in front of several customers, and nowhere near discreet either. I feel management should be reevaluated for their position. I would not like for my child to be treated in that manner by any employer. She does not deserve any stars.

Went in there excited about getting a completely different haircut than I usually get and came out looking better looked exactly like it did in the picture I showed

Love to go here in a pinch when my barbers not available or I need a quick cut for an event, but the stylist there are always in a rush and it never seems to fail I ask for a fade and it never looks like that, disappointing fades have been around for years yet none of them can seem to get it right. Not to mention they always seem like they’re in a rush even if the store is completely empty the goal for them is to get you in and out and don’t care about quality. Today I told the lady cutting my hair I wanted a high fade and it just looked horrible!!!!!!

The stylists are great. The app allows you pick your stylist in advance, track busy times, and review past visits. I never have to wait long. Also, specific detail of how you like your cut are stored and available for the next or same stylist.

They wouldn’t cut my hair and they’re still open for another 30 minutes. And not one person was in the waiting room.
