Sport Clips Haircuts of Hamilton - The Shoppes at AMC

I'm not sure if there was an overturn of staff, but usually I have a great experience at this location, sign in online, came during the time it told me to, and I was in and out. This time was completely different and at this point I don't know if I need to go to a new shop, or just go during the mornings, since this is one of my later times coming in at 6:15. I already felt bad coming in late after work, but I was gonna throw a 20 dollar tip for that and the holidays but im usually higher tipper with 10 everytime I go. After waiting about 35 minutes before going in, I ended up sitting an extra 15 minutes and was told it would be another 30 minute wait time. I get it could be busy but there was only 2 people that both stylists were already doing, but instead one had to do a beard and a face

NOVA did a great job on my hair. I hadn't gotten a haircut in months and looked like it. Nova really did a great job. She was very nice.

Experienced stylists, they listen to what I want. I always get a good haircut. Organized waiting system.

Jenn was the stylist that cut my hair today. Very well done: attention to detail, and making sure her work is done to the best of her ability made the entire visit most worthwhile.
