Sport Clips Haircuts of Grand Forks

It was my first experience with sports clips. I saw that they had an app and installed it. Signing in was very easy and was immediately on the list. When i arrived nobody was really there so jami was able to get to my cut right away. I normally cut my own hair. Its an easy cut just clippers all the way down. It has been a very long time since I've sat in a chair. Jami was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I ended up getting the VIP. It was wonderful. I recommend this place and will visit again.

If I could leave a zero I would. Bridget the stylist left my husband with a bald spot and did not say anything to him before he left. He got home I noticed. I called and got hung up on after being put on hold the phone disconnected. They don’t do refunds, they give coupons for more bad haircuts. 10:10 will never ever return. Glad you got a tip for an uneven job done. And no you can not pay me to take down my Facebook post of my honest review or this one.

It's either terrible mismanagement. Terrible app setup or a combination but if you don't get in the "lineup" at least 3 hours before you want a haircut you might as well expect not to get a cut. Wait time is ridiculous. Original estimate was ~ 1220 we arrived at 12 and the board said 13 minutes to go. Finally got in the chair at 1250. Something needs to be done . Overall the stylists leave something to be desired. Our kid is old enough he knows what he wants and out of the last 3 he left unsatisfied, in tears and actually happy this last time.
