Granbury location! Molly, did an amazing job on my hair. She did exactly what I asked and even made a few suggestions that turned out perfectly. I felt very confident in her abilities. I have always gone to a hairstylist in a salon. But Paula was not available this week due to the holiday. I really needed a haircut for an upcoming event next week. I have never been to a Sports Clips, but they have always done such a great job on my husband's hair in the past few years. I felt comfortable as long as SC did women's hair. Molly also gave my husband a haircut last week. She has done his hair for several times as well as other stylists. He could not tell me who to ask for even though my child's name is Molly, ha ha! They have always done such a fabulous job! I am sure she was thinking to her

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband came home with a GIANT bald spot on the back of his head. The women that cut his hair didn’t tell him about it and then wouldn’t tell him her name at the end and now we know why. There is no way possible she did not see this. We will be calling when you people open tomorrow and getting a FULL REFUND. This is unacceptable. Never coming here again and will never recommend anyone to this place. Whoever that women was needs her license taken away because this is ridiculous and she couldn’t even own up to what she did. Just sent him home like she didn’t screw up horribly. This won't be going back. My lady didn't cut my bangs at all. So now I have to do it myself. She cut 1/2' on top instead of 1' like i asked. Said a 2 on sides she went long bc she liked it better. Plus, she cut her finger as well. Now, i did say i put on a hat right after. But this time, I needed to bc it was so bad. Update Also, my kids pointed out I have a bold spot now as well. The manager called me and told me. I shouldn't expect quality from their new stylists. I should have my own stylists by now and not just get one that is first available. I also got a free haircut now as well. Like I'm ever going back. Even my wife said it was the worst haircut ever. I'm just glad my hat does cover it all up.

Always professional and they do what I ask because I change my hair length and style a few times per year. The VIP treatment is well worth the fee.

My 3rd visit to the Granbury location All were good. Shout out for this visit thou... Very positive, professional & friendly feeling with today's visit Molly was fantastic today. She was so good and asking about my cut for today. She agreed to help me and did a really good job Molly was very professional and customer service focus. Offered me great cut options and suggestions. We talked hair products.. Definitely a fun & friendly location to visit . Great job team Sports Clips.
