Been here a few times and had decent experiences however this time was quite a disappointment. I asked for a bald mid fade with inch cut off top. Paid $25 and tipped extra just to get home and realize one side above my ear was noticeably botched. You can see where she went too high cutting short allowing for a poor fade. The other side of the fade looks good and seems a bit higher than the botched side..but if I saw this when I was there I would have said something to fix this such as raising the fade higher but nope she didn’t say anything. Usually, they show the sides and back with a handheld mirror but I didn’t get that option today. I hope I get some feedback on this to better my experience.

Tried to go at 7:30 (more than willing to give a considerable tip because I understand that it’s 30 minutes before they close but the way MY job works and most other jobs in the world is that if it says you’re open until 8 then you’re open until 8). The door was locked (I didn’t realize that and tried to open it). When it didn’t open the woman inside looked up, saw me, and looked back down. I knocked on the door to see if she’d come open it so I could at least ask if there’s a reason they are closing early or if maybe she’d cut my hair if I pay ahead of time and tip well. She completely ignored me and went on with sweeping. If the shop is not open until 8 that’s fine but the hours need to be changed. I get that they have to do cleanup but if they are going to lock the door half an hour ear

2nd time to get my haircut but a certain stylist today. Both times were terrible. Most other stylist are decent. Only one that I’ve liked so far is Megan. Spent $30 today to get my hair gapped up.

Took my 20 month old up there this morning to get his second ever hair cut and the stylist Marthi was atrocious. You could tell she did NOT want to be dealing with a toddler. She had no patience, she was condescending and did a terrible job with the cut overall. I do tend to give people a lot of grace when dealing with my child because I know he’s still very very little but it takes ZERO effort to slow down and give the CHILD a minute to process the sounds and things you’re working with. Instead we were met with contention. We will never be going back.

Riley is super dope I’ve been to 3 different places in Gainesville to get my hair cut and they all got the way I wanted my hair wrong. I feel like a million bucks now 🤩🙌🏻 definitely coming here from here on out!
