Absolutely the slowest customer service ever. Even if you check in on line be prepared to wait an additional hour. Who has 2 hours to wait for a haircut? Not me. I went next door to Great Clips and was in and out i. Fifteen minutes. Never going back to this store.

Bree cut my hair here on Tuesday and did a great job. I don’t usually bounce around for haircuts, but my regular stylist in Denton was unavailable, so I took a chance on this location. Clean cut, good attention to detail, and a solid experience overall.

Came into the shop in full panic mode, basically running from ICE 😂 I explained my situation to Brie and she just said, “Say less.” When I walked out, I was completely unrecognizable — even ICE wouldn’t have known it was me. Absolute wizard with the clippers. Professional, fast, and nailed exactly what I needed. If you want a haircut that changes your life (or identity 😅), ask for Brie.

My son went to Sport Clips yesterday because he wanted a little bit off the ends. He wanted to look nice because his homecoming dance was in a few hours. I specifically focused on his bangs. I was VERY SPECIFIC with the stylist and I said “Just take a little bit off the bangs we want them to hit just below his Eyebrow.“ My son has very wavy hair slightly curly so I would assume that she understood when you cut it that it would shrink as it dried. My son told her he wanted to keep his length then she asked him “do you want me to blend it” and he said that that’s fine. She said “I’m going to do an eight all the way around” and we said that’s fine. I sat in an empty chair that the stylist offered me, and I glanced up every now and again. Once I glanced up, I noticed his hair had been whacked

Ashley is a fantastic hair stylist. She cut my hair perfectly and gave me confidence after she was done. On top of doing a great job, she was training another young lady to be great. A+++
