Absolutely discouraged that not only did their Assistant Manager Maria cut my White Gold necklace, but now the store, the owner of that location, and area manager is refusing to reimburse. The necklace links are too small to repair as it was taken previously to Kay Jewelers (where purchased). The store management team requested proof of purchase, amount, and that I would be reimbursed. They’ve since pushed back and are denying any compensation for breaking the chain. They were decent enough to put it in an envelope though…

Asia did an amazing job with my son!!! She made sure she cut neatly around his locs so as not to cut any loc hair. She washed his hair well and he looks so good!!

Bea was awesome! Totally took her time with the haircut, the beard, the eyebrows, the facial massage and washing of my hair. She was super friendly and nice. Kudos to her.

I took my young grandson for a cut. No reason a child should not go there. I work hours that keep me from taking him during normal-to-others times. He has sensory issues and the clippers made him nervous. He laughs when nervous and draws his limbs up. She told me it would be tough to get the style he asked for without the clippers. I said to give it a try. I wrongly believed she would be nice and understanding to a child. I tipped her well for the cut given. She said she is a mother of a boy. Edit to add: Telling a child you will put him out and leave his hair like it looks and not even care is hateful. Whether they have issues or not, this isn't how to teach a child a haircut is an easy thing to do. I wish she had just said she preferred not to do cuts for children. Another client even t
