Ashley at Sports Clips is truly one of a kind. She’s the only reason I keep coming back — because every time I sit in her chair, it feels like a weight is lifted off my shoulders. Of course she’s amazing at what she does with hair, but what really sets her apart is the way she makes you feel. We’ve shared moments where we’ve laughed until we couldn’t breathe and even moments that brought tears, and somehow she always knows exactly how to brighten your day. Ashley doesn’t just give great haircuts — she brings comfort, kindness, and genuine care that stays with you long after you leave. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your stylist, you’ll understand that she’s not just doing hair — she’s helping your spirit heal a little too.

I liked the quality of the haircut and the professionalism of the stylist. Jodie did an excellent job with the fade and the top—everything was clean, even, and exactly how I wanted it. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience comfortable. This was my first time getting a haircut from her, and she also cuts my dad’s and brother’s hair, so I had high expectations—and she exceeded them. She’s only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so I’ll be planning around that, because I will definitely be coming back to her again. Great service, great results. I have moved to the area a year ago and during that time I havent found a decent barber shop or let alone a proper place to get my hair cut, until I went to sport clips. Having thick hair, other establishments I have been to were not able to handle my hair no matter how much I explain and show them how I want it to look. I went in with low expectations and came out with a huge smile and a skip in my step. I will definitely come back the next time I need my hair done.

Horrible Manager Francheska. First off, Rillo is absolutely incredible and deserves a 5Star Review! I go to her every time and she does such a great job and is a complete sweetheart! My experience today was completely ruined by the Manager Francheska. DURING my haircut with Rillo, Francheska decided it was a good time to reprimand Rillo on something involving a contractor being in the store. Rillo took it like a champ and proceeded with my hair cut. I guess Manager didn’t get the blood she wanted the first time BECAUSE SHE CAME BACK AND PROCEEDED TO REPRIMAND HER AGAIN! All while I’m sitting in the chair. This time it obviously made Rillo very uncomfortable as well as myself. This lady doesn’t need to be managing people. I feel so sorry for the employees in this location.

I had never been to a Sport Clips before but had a great experience today. No wait on a Tuesday afternoon, friendly staff greeted me, Rillo was my stylist who matched my conversational desire and also gave me a great cut. She asked how I wanted my neck line and because I've never cared, I told her whatever looks best. Rather than just rounding or squaring it, she tapered it to look more natural so I didn't have uneven bare spots as my hair grew back. She cared about making sure I was happy while also doing what she thought would be best for me. I went for the MVP experience and very much enjoyed the shampoo/conditioner, warm towel and massage gun. This store seems to be doing a great job with their customer service experience and I will certainly be back for myself and my sons.
