Sport Clips Haircuts of Eagle

My kid went to the butcher right before his school dance to get a haircut. Most of the time the cuts are prime, and I guess the gash design was meant to be a "star". The butcher on duty was not too sharp as she said that there was "no time" to fix it, and we'd have to pay extra to get it corrected. Next time you want to get your hair slaughtered, just grab your lawnmower because the steaks are high at Sport Hacks.

I took my son in for a re-do the customer service was great! They were kind and understandable and made his re-do free! Sara C. was definitely the reason why I'm giving five stars! She did great at fixing what was done and was so kind on the phone and I person!

I’ve been seeing them since I started growing my hair out (I used to cut my own) and when my neighbor still owned this franchise - he doesn’t anymore. My honest assessment is that service and quality has declined over the past 5 years. The timing on their app is not reliable. I’ve been trapped before and forced to walk out when the app was 20 minutes off, I needed to keep my other appointments. The stylists are usually very good and friendly, but I’ve had two hair cuts in the past that needed to be “corrected.” Both have been because my hair line wasn’t even. My three favorite stylists have all left in the last three years. I’m going to find someone that is willing to schedule my hair cut in the future. I will use sport clips if I’m desperate.

Unfortunately this was the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had. It’s very hard to believe that a professional stylist would allow me to walk out like this. It’s literally their job. My wife should not have to fix a $28 + tip haircut. Note the unfaded line around my entire head. We took these photos after she fixed some of it, it was actually worse. Didn’t even use the shaver on my neck hairs to clean up the neck. It was bad. 🤦‍♂️

Sport Clips has the worst system. I continually get my haircut time pushed, wasting my time after I plan around it. Scheduled appt times would be way more effective and beneficial for clients. I’ll be looking for a different option.
