Had a great experience at Sport Clips! My stylist Melindy was amazing! Super friendly, fast, and clearly knows what she’s doing. She listened, didn’t rush, and somehow managed to be quick and thorough. The whole visit was smooth, comfortable, and honestly just good vibes. I walked out looking fresh and feeling even better. I’ll definitely be booking with Melindy again!

I’m really disappointed and frustrated with how my family was treated at this Sports Clips location. This evening my dad, my 4-year-old son, and I came in with three valid coupons — mine was for $5 off, and both my dad and son had the “Free MVP Haircut for new clients” coupon. We were perfectly fine getting just basic haircuts — that’s all we wanted. But when we handed over our coupons, the staff told us those were “just for a wash,” even though the coupons clearly say “Free MVP Haircut.” None of us received the MVP service — no shampoo, no hot towel, no massage — just simple haircuts. But after looking at my dad’s card charge, we saw we were billed $103 total for the three haircuts. Two of those were supposed to be free. Rebecca has cut mine and my son's hair for a few years now. She has always done a wonderful job with a great positive vibe. It's not the business's name that keeps us coming back. It's worker's who should get the reviews.

When I go I always request Rebecca. She is overall a very nice and talkative person who can cut hair just down to how you want it. Usually never a long line and it's easier if you do it from the app too.

Always get the MVP and Brantley always does a great job!
