April did a horrible job. We have pictures on Saturday and she completely butchered the cut. Wanted a trim on top had long hair and it’s gone. Shave my husband’s stash in even and wanted it trimmed and made a bald spot in his beard even tho he wanted a shaping. He said she didn’t spray his hair down, didn’t ask if he was liking it. He told her what he wanted and she couldn’t follow a simple trim and shaping. He didn’t even see she gave him a bald spot until he showered. He even questioned her and she told him she knew what she was doing.

Absolute chop shop. Took my son for a “haircut” or at least that’s what this business calls it and received a massacre. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the butchering because the “stylist” put product in his hair, now I see why she did that. Tried to reach out to customer service and got the run around. Please stay far, far, far away from this place. This photo is barely the worst of it.

Carmen cut my hair and I asked for a mullet and then she proceeded to cut my hair in the back about 3 inches too short and it was uneven. Please do not go to carmen if you want your hair to look good. And I had to get a buzz cut because she messed up my hair so bad.

We love OG Beth!!! My boys will not go anywhere else. I really can’t say enough about how much we love her and she does such a great job with all the different styles. ❤️❤️ she is also great at getting to know her clients.

Dont bother going here even with a picture of what i wanted its no where close and she didnt seem to care! In what universe is this a high fade!? Aprile basically gave up mid cut. I should go ssk for a refund Had to go to a 2nd location to get it fixed
