We just moved to the area and I needed a haircut for a wedding this weekend. Kim was very nice and professional. She really listened to what I wanted. I got the best haircut and beard trim I have had in a long time. She even turned me on to some beard products I have been searching for. If you are in the area go see Kim. She will do you right.

I sent my teenage son to get his haircut today. He chose to go to the new location at Covington Town center. They charged him $28 and completely messed his hair up. It is gapped all over and looks awful. I will be calling them in the morning and I expect a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place. I am soooooo upset.

Seems that at the time I went, there were only 2 stylists available and I was first in line. After 12 minutes, the stylists called me and she did a very good job. The store is clean and has ample parking.

I took my son to this location and it was a horrible experience…. My son wanted a very basic haircut and we showed her a picture and all… she clearly didn’t have the experience to do it.. The reason I’m writing this review is because I was treated horribly when I came back the next day to get it fixed, I stood at the door for 10 mins without being greeted.. I told her I would like to speak to the manager or have someone else do my sons hair and she said the manager would be coming in at 10:00 o’clock .. 45 mins go by and the manager never came in … she told me I guess the manager isn’t coming in today… so she asked if she could fix it . I told I wasn’t comfortable with her doing it because she was the reason it looks like this in the first place .. so I just left .. I never got asked if I
