Great friendly staff. I have not had a bad haircut. However they are always under staffed and I always have at least an hour wait. Would get 5 stars if they had more staff.

I had a terrible experience here. During my haircut, my first payment only partially went through. The stylist said the transaction didn’t process, so I paid again using a different card. Later, I checked my accounts and saw that both payments went through, meaning I was charged twice for the same haircut. When I went back to explain, they told me the extra charge would be refunded. It’s been over 2 months, and I still haven’t received my money back. When I followed up, they said only the head office can handle refunds, and they would contact me directly. Because of their mistake and lack of responsibility, my simple haircut ended up costing me $75. Unprofessional.

Worst experience, I was waiting for 20min and no one was at the desk. And then the manager came and told that she was in a call and could see me in 15 min. I have literally there for 15-20min and then the manager came and done my hair cut. she never told me that they charge $7 for every 5 min. She charged the double as the other sport clips and was on call all the time. The hair cut was not satisfied at all. Surely not recommended.

Genuinely cannot cut hair this place sucks. I showed them how much I wanted off the top and they took off more than I asked for. Showed them a picture of want I wanted and they did the complete opposite. Do not go here

The stylists are all very knowledgeable and skilled at the Moon location. Sara typically does my cut and has so for a couple years now, and I am never disappointed. Even when I decided to change my style it came out great!
