Sport Clips Haircuts of Constant Friendship

Lisa was incredibly patient with my 4-year-old during his haircut, staying calm, kind, and reassuring the whole time. She remained professional and super accommodating when he kept complaining about itchiness, making sure he was comfortable and well taken care of (powdered and all!). He walked out looking so handsome, which made the whole experience stress-free for both of us. When it was my turn, she was just as professional, and her skills are truly top-notch.

We usually come to this Sports Clips location and have had consistent, friendly service, which made today’s visit disappointing. The stylist (receipt says Sophia) told my younger son there was no record of his previous haircut, even though we’ve been here many times. The final result was an uneven bowl cut, with rough edges and poor blending. My son also said the stylist was a bit rough during the haircut, which made him uncomfortable. Their dad brought them in earlier and not me. Thankfully, my son kept a positive attitude and joked that “my barber did me dirty” and that the haircut caused him “emotional damage,” but it’s still frustrating. I will have to find a barber tomorrow to fix this.

This is my second time getting my hair cut at this establishment. I can say I will be a returning customer. Lindsey is very professional, talented, and over all a really cool person. And I love the my hair cut.

First time ever going to a sports clips, and I’ll definitely be back. Lindsey was awesome and made it an easy decision to keep returning. Highly recommend her!

Shyla is an absolute asset for your company. She took her time and was determined to make sure I was happy with my hair. I’ve been coming here for probably close to a decade and I’ve never seen such professionalism critical of one’s own self in the interest of a patron. I think I probably not alone in her praise but I like to add onto it thank you and keep up the good work.
