Huge thanks to Kayla for doing such an incredible job with my boys’ haircuts! She took her time, listened to what we wanted, and somehow kept them smiling the whole appointment. The cuts were clean, detailed, and they walked out feeling confident. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Created an account on the eve of Jan 5, 2026, showed up at 9am (with service dog) the following morning at Clifford St (FtW) shop. Was met with disapproving stare by one of the two staff then present (after a year of this you'd think I'd be used to it). The other present staff puts the back of her hand up right in front of my sd's nose, in a rather stern voice I ask her to ignore him, she then starts to pet him claiming, "he's so cute!" I then proceed to say, "lets not break the law today" while leaving. Went across the street to GreatClips where I had no problems whatsoever. Deleted Sport Cips account later that day.

Best experience getting a hair cut ever. Cayte did an amazing job in helping me decide on a new style and was highly helpful on recommendations. Very professional with an awesome attitude. I will definitely be coming back again! I would recommend this place to anyone needing help deciding on a new hair style or even routine maintenance. I couldn't be more pleased.
