I am in sales and I understand expectations. So you need to set better expectations when explaining coupons or the person cutting the hair, especially because I brought it up prior to getting the haircut. And I was told I’m good to go. My hair was all messy and looked worse than when I originally came in for a haircut. I don’t know how that’s possible. I had to fix it myself when I got back home. Would have been a 2.5 at least but brought it down to a 1 star due to misleading Free MVP experience coupon. With $8 tip haircut totaled $39. Waste of money and haircut was less than average. I could have went across the street with no coupon and paid $28 with tip and would have been a better experience. You lost my business immediately.
My stylist Tatum was fantastic! She gave me a really good haircut and was very nice. I had a great experience. I will be back! 5/5. Would recommend.
