Always very happy with my experience at this location, ( Charlotte Hall MD ) great customer service all around. I have been going here for many years and getting my haircut with Bevin and I will definitely continue to keep coming back. Check in made easy with either online or walk in.

I was happy that I was able to easily secure a same day appointment. From the start our hair stylist Mollie impressed me. She listened to me explain the kind of cut/style I would like. She was very attentive to the details I provided her. She even inquired with my son what style he would like and checked with him throughout the cut to ensure it was to his liking.. She was patient, kind and extremely pleasant. She was also very thorough with her work, taking her time to ensure she was providing quality service and I must say, her service exceeded my expectations! Well done!!! In a time where customer service is so lacking-she proved that there are still individuals with a good work ethic. During my visit I also observed other staff work and they were very efficient and pleasant as well. T

I went to Shauna for a haircut. She was excellent and very helpful in discussing my hair needs. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend this store and Shauna.
