Yusif was phenomenal. I brought my daughter in for a nice trim before seeing Santa and I was so pleased. He was tremendously respectful of the fact she was a little girl, checked in with us about what he was doing, and ensured we were happy the whole way through. Most importantly, he made my daughter feel safe and happy. 10000% recommend coming here. Warm, inviting demeanor and wonderful atmosphere with incredibly professional and talented people.

Stay away from this place. I brought my son 2 months ago for a haircut. He got a horrible buzz cut — the opposite of what we asked. The lady who cut his hair was rude and looked miserable — as if she hated her job. We decided to give it a second try today since another stylist was on site—another bad experience. We made an appointment around 6:15pm and got here at 6:30pm. The place is supposed to close at 7pm on weekdays. The door was locked, and two employees were inside cleaning up. As I am writing this review from my car, they walked out. When I asked them why they had closed, they said it was because of the weather. It is not even raining. I will never come back to this place.

Recently went here for the first time and got the worst haircut I've ever had. The front looks good, but I only made one special request: if you cut the back / top too much it'll stick straight up. 5 minutes later, that's exactly what he did. At the end, he even acknowledged "hey, do you have hair product, because it's sticking up right now." No amount of product will make it sit down and it'll be weeks before it grows out because of how short it is now. Not coming back.

This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I was pushed back in line from 9 minutes to 37 minutes. The stylist kept serving customers who arrived after me. I had an appointment with Yusif, but he canceled it, took someone else, and switched my appointment to Taylor. Yusif was incredibly unprofessional.
