Sport Clips Haircuts of Buckeye

I have been getting my hair cut at this location for nearly 5 years. Always had a good time and staff were fantastic. Went in however to a new face. The female that cut my hair must've been having a bad day. I remained quiet and simply tried to make it as easy as possible for her and I when it came to hair cuts. Asked that she please buzz my head with a 0, no guard and she said sure. She cut my hair in about 10 minutes. Did not buzz my hair, and when I asked her again, her demeanor was a bit irritated. She finished ,but did so with no intentions on getting it done correctly. Upon paying, she then proceeded to charge me an extra $10 after seeing that I was only leaving a $5 tip due to this beeing the 1 and only time I have had a negative experience. New year so I guess they have a new way of doing business by overcharging their customers. This is very disappointing, I've been taking my husband and 3 boys here for 5 years and today they lost my business. My husband's taper cut (not even a full cut) and beard trim plus 2 little boy( 8 &10 )yr old simple cuts $100 no way. Then when I questioned it she tells me the prices went up yet the prices that are posted are exactly the same. Never have I paid this much for the same services we have been getting in the 5 years. If the prices went up shouldn't the "new" prices be posted???? Mind you none of them got a shampoo or anything extra.

Joanna always takes her time, does an awesome job, and still gets you in an out of the chair quickly. As a result she is one of the most requested at this location. Keep doing a great job! We appreciate it.

Horrible service, staff was extremely rude, and staff scammed my son out of his coupon for a free haircut that was given to him for Christmas. They were never greeted as they entered, and staff was so annoyed and mono toned as almost bieng pissed off because they had to work. They also did a horrible job on his hair cut and I had to take him to great clips to get it fixed. We will never return to any location.

This has to be the WORST Sports Clips. I live in California and have taken my son to various ones his whole life (he’s almost 16 now), it’s our go to and we loved it. However, today I went into the one in Buckeye on Watson to get my grandson a haircut for school. I understand it’s super busy because you start school in just a few days. I was willing to wait. But when I got there and it was an almost 7 hr wait that is insane!!!!! Not to mention you only have 2 stylists working when we were there, 2!!! The 2 ladies working there were so rude and quite possibly overwhelmed. There was no greeting when we walked in. One lady from the back yelled from her station to ask if I had checked in online.
