Sport Clips Haircuts of Brookhaven

My boys really needed a haircut cut & our usual spot didnt have availability. I figured since we live at block away from Sports Clips lets give it a shot. We walked in & the lady said they had time for walk-ins so we stayed. I forget the lady's name, but she was so friendly & great with my 9 & 12 year old, talking to them while she was doing their hair, & she did a phenomenal job. I think we found our new favorite spot & person!!

If I can give 0 stars. I could. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employee was openly rude, argumentative, and unprofessional throughout the appointment. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt talked down to and uncomfortable. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire location. Management should seriously address this issue before it drives more customers away. She was a woman with blonde hair, pink lipstick.

I go to Sports Clips all the time and they never disappoint! All the employees there are nice and do an incredible job. I usually get the massage gun and my hair washed/conditioned, not all the time, but when I do it feels amazing! Any guy needing a haircut should come here!

Erin is the best! Been going to her for over a year and she never disappoints‼️ She always takes her time and acts like every haircut is for a special occasion. She’s very friendly and makes you feel like family as soon as you sit in her chair. I’ll never go to another barber! ERIN is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time. App is useful to schedule appointment with stylists. My stylist, Del, cut my hair exactly as I wanted. I will be back to the Brookhaven location.
