Horrible experience all around. They gave my son and husband awful haircuts and when saying he didn't like it they said they are busy. My husband had our son and didn't want to make a scene and get police called so he came home and I called. He left to another barbershop and spent an additional $82 fixing what they messed up and ruined our plans. I called them and I was told a phone call would be returned in 20 minutes. Almost two hours go by and I call back and they say they are busy and put me on hold then hang up! I call back again and demand a phone call. They said ok have a good day and hung up so I drove down there. As I was about to get out of the car they call my husband and owner says we don't give refunds and said his employee was amazing and said we ruined his Father's Day lol.

If I could give this a 0 I would Horrible customer service, I paid $47 just to have a messy patchy beard and not even what I wanted. Your stylist didn’t even let me voice my opinion and when I did she would give me a face. I need a refund of my haircut I have proof that it is not worth my time to go back to you guys this is my second expirence and I thought a different location would be better. Very patchy beard and no line up at all. Not the number I wanted as well for my haircut and she pushed my hairline way up on the back now it looks round I also asked if she could cut my ends and she didn’t even say yes or do it for me. I work at Walmart as a manager so I know how it is to work in customer service and what it looks like to provide the best service for your customers and this was far

Asked for a trim. Trim must be an idiom because it didn't translate into whatever language the barber spoke. In one cut she butchered two years of growth. My hair is now less than two inches long after having to use three other barbers to fix what was done to me.

Honestly the best part about getting my haircut here are the stylists. I personally recommend either Kelly or Mariela. No matter what kind of style I'm going for, they both always take good care of me and make sure everything is to my liking before I leave. I can't recommend them enough!
