Today was the third time I’ve gotten my haircut here. I checked-in online when I was about 20 minutes away. Once I arrived, I was the next one up. There were 2 employees cutting hair today. I waited about 5 minutes and then got a high skin fade. It looks great. Even on both sides. The staff is friendly and social. Also, they have a great selection of products next to the register. I will be back soon.

The only way to go here is download the app, put your name on the list, then wait at your home until it's time. Very convenient so that you aren't waiting in the lobby. Haircuts are usually quick but shampoo, scalp massage, shoulder massage, and the hot out cold towel features are nice perks. Of course you pay a premium price for these extras, but it's worth it.

Went to this location. Checked in and sat in store. No one anywhere. Went to use restroom yelled hello, slammed bathroom door to get attention. Went back out and sat for another 10/15 minutes . No sign of anyone . Not only horrible business practice but so unsafe.

So I was just here today and we called online to see if we could book an online appointment and the lady said it’s first come first serve. And once we arrived we waited 30 minutes for Ian and then once it was 8 minutes left another person walked in and got took in by Ian as soon as he walked in we didn’t really think much of it but once he was done we were supposed to go we but then another person walked in and they got served by Ian I’m again this time my dad asked Ian how come when all the other people walk in they get took in by him instantly when we were sitting down waiting for a hour straight and Ian said that if someone books a online appointment they are the first priority but keep in mind when my dad called to book a online appointment the lady on the phone said they don’t do onli

Worst hair cut of my life me and my brother got a hair cut and two separate people messed up both of our hairs. I could have given myself a better haircut. I will never go back and would rather drive 5 hours then to get my hair cut there again. It was also $27 which is crazy giving I left looking worse than when I came in and when I pointed out that they messed up my hair they tried to fix it and still did it wrong never go here ever if you are desperate
