Cinmine did an incredible job cutting my toddlers hair. She was very gentle and patient and it put me at ease. We will be coming to her for his cuts from now on! It turned out great and I couldn't be more happy!

I showed up at 550pm hoping I could make it just in time for a haircut but was told they couldn’t get to me because there were two people on the waiting list, yet the entire store was empty. I sat around the last 10 minutes to see if these two people would show and of course they did not. I was told to leave because they just didn’t want to cut my hair. After this experience I will not be coming back to this location.

Courtney is my go to barber. Shes knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. I also love talking to her. Shes the best!

My review is on the store manager. I have been getting my haircut by the store manager of this location (previously the Alexander Parkway store manager) For over 10 years, I have always felt that myself in the store manager had a good business/client relationship up until today. For the last 10 years, I have driven over 45 minutes to Sports clips to have my haircut by the same person. When locations moved, I then started driving to the new location, which is Walton way. Today I Got on the app and saw that my hairdresser was working. I sent her a text message to see what time she would get off so I knew if I would make it before she got off work for the day. Store manager texted me back that she was off at 6 PM. I then got off work got onto the online check-in and reserved my spot to have m
