Sport Clips Haircuts of Apple Valley - Orchard Place

Didn't realize until I got home that my blends were off. One side is blended more than the other. Back side was blended at first glance. After doing the feel test, seems like it was given up on. Not going to sport clips again. After the last few haircuts I have recieved in the past and stores that were supposed to be open were actually closed for no reason. I can't trust sport clips anymore. Been going to sport clips all over the US for years. But it seems quality has dropped to the great clips quality of haircuts now. The only reason that it's not a one star rating is because I liked the hair stylist as a person, just the quality was not there. Being prior military, I have high standards when it comes to fades.

It says they close at 7. Unfortunately I got stuck at work and I got there at 6:50 and they said they were closed. When I asked if they work until 7 she said yes, but we are closed. Nice business model!! If you close at 6:50, don’t advertise 7.

Read the reviews before you book. Husband waited 51 minutes when he was informed it would only be 20 minutes. He paid $40 for a haircut that did not look like what he requested, which was a fade. Poor communication between your app and the staff, as customers are walking in, you would think they would mention that they are running a little bit behind & quote the proper time, so they are being transparent with the customer(s). Might need to do some better coaching to the associates or find some new ones to replace whoever worked on 2/1/25. I’ll remove my rating when the service starts showing that you truly want to keep your customers happy and make things right.

I have been coming to this Sport clips location since it opened in 2022. I always have great experiences and now I have a loyalty card to get a good discount on the MVP service! I also take my 2yr old son here and Delmarie does a great job with him!
