The stylists are always friendly and cut my hair consistently based on my notes on file. The Season Ticket (paying for 6 MVP haircuts upfront, for the price of 6 regular haircuts) is great. I love the MVP treatment (wash and massage) because it is so relaxing.

M.V.P. Experience? More Like I.C.E. Well, this was an adventure I won’t be repeating anytime soon. Walked into Sport Clips with high hopes and a coupon THEY gave me, only to be greeted by Leslie, who apparently woke up on the wrong side of the styling chair and was annoyed with me from “hello”. The moment I presented their own coupon, Leslie’s face shifted from neutral to “why are you here breathing in front of me?” It was like I’d handed her a dead bunny instead of a promotional offer from her own establishment. Pro tip, Sport Clips: if you don’t want people using your coupons, maybe don’t give them out? Just a thought. They call it the “MVP experience,” but what I got was more like the “ICE experience” – and I don’t mean the refreshing kind. I mean the cold shoulder, frosty attitude,

My BF waited for about 10 min when a women came from the back. She mumbled his name but we couldn't understand her till 2nd time. He went for his cut and she literally only used the tool, no scissors or styling. He has long pieces and short pieces and now cowlick.. I can say with certainty that was one of his worst cuts ever...

How do mess up a simple mid fade so badly? And 30 dollars? That is insane and the lady was so rude and combative when I asked politely if she could fix it and insisted it wasent messed up at all.

Great experience from the previous from another location. They hacked my sons hair. BUT, at this location in Anaheim the person was able to fix it. My son was very HAPPY! Thank you-
