I booked my appointment online a week in advance. I received a text message letting me know that my appointment was accepted. The morning of, I received a text message one hour prior reminding me of the appointment. I got there on time and when I called to find the entrance I was told there's no records of my appointment. This is very disheartening as I'm new to the area and was trying to establish a resident lash technician.

Maddy has done lash clusters on me, lash extensions, and waxed my eyebrows and I have not once been disappointed! She talked through my options with me, and even though I didn’t really know the names of what I wanted, she managed to execute the ideas in my head perfectly. Highly recommend!!

The staff is very nice and professional. The building is very clean, they even have snacks. I got my lashes done by Maddy and she did an amazing job with my lashes and making sure that I was comfortable with my experience.

As a visitor in the area, I was excited for my lash appointment. However, she canceled very last minute & now I’m scrambling trying to find another person that can do it before I need it.

Wonderful experience everytime! Very neat, detailed, and professional. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
