I genuinely never leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so no other bride has to go through what I did. I booked this salon for hair and makeup for my wedding and was truly so excited, especially after speaking with Tina on the phone. She seemed wonderful, and I was really looking forward to working with her. Unfortunately, what followed was an absolute nightmare. There were two women there handling hair and makeup. Ashley, who did my makeup, was great—kind, professional, and calming during what should have been a joyful morning. I truly appreciated her. However, the woman who did my hair was the complete opposite experience. I asked for something incredibly simple: a low bun with a few loose curls. She curled my hair, then disappeared into the bathroom for 25

Love the perm service. It takes a lot of confidence to keep a type 1A hair. Decided to get my 4th perm, and I think it looks so much better this way. Thing I would criticize the most is the price, but great service overall. I started off with a grown-out two-block haircut, and had Ms Tina cut off unnecessary ends. Aimed for the wavy look (peach rods) and absolutely nailed it.

I set my appointment up over a week in advance. I walk into the salon and she's doing a hair color on somebody else, so I had to wait. Once she started on me, I found out that the other lady was getting hair extensions. So she gave her a lot more of attention than me. I was just in there for a retouch and eyebrow wax. The eyebrow wax , she only went under my brow. Not over the brow or in between the brows. The hair color she washed it out and she's like you didn't want to blow dry , did you? All she wanted to do is go back to the other customer who was going to pay her more money. She should have never double booked. That's a horrible hairstylist. Olivia did a great job on my nails last week while I was there. She did the cat eye magnetic nail polish and I just love it! Highly recommend Olivia!!
