Split Ends Hair Studio

This happened last Summer but I was trying to figure out a professional way to put this. Knowing it’s still getting talked about. I had an appointment with Dylan Shockley I sent her a pack of hair I got from a store for install extensions asking her if it would work. She proceeded to tell me it would work and that she used to have the same wefts. I walked in there and she put them in everything went fine. I tried carrying a convo with her but it was very awkward and felt judged, It came to the end of the appointment and my hair looked stringy. I went home and they immediately fell out? as the string she used to weft was stretchy? I have never had that happen to me before.
