Splendid Salon and Boutique

I made an impromptu appointment with Jen the owner of Splendid Salon and Boutique, after personally coloring my hair since covid. I can't say enough good things. The salon is relaxing and welcoming, beautiful modern design! My hair looks amazing; she listened and made suggestions. The color is phenomenal and the price is very fair for the area. I look forward to my follow up appointment in 12 weeks.

I actually wasn’t going to post this review. But since this business wants to send me a message today, trying to get my business I’ll share my past experience. Before an important event in September. My very sweet spouse booked me an appointment at this establishment with Jen. He went to their website and he booked an appointment. He thought I would enjoy it because it’s a “private” salon. The location is a little over 30 minutes from my home, on the day of my appointment we went out, we had a meal and set off for the salon. We get there to find nobody there. All lights are off. The doors are locked, and Jen doesn’t respond to any phone calls or texts. I was very disappointed and hurt and we had to scramble to find somewhere else to do my hair late in the day on the weekend. Jen (the owner) is my stylist and she's wonderful! Ive been seeing her for years I trust her to do anything with my hair! Some days I just say surprise me 😀 she is excellent
