Splendid Nail Bar

I had a mixed experience at this salon. The lady who did my pedicure was absolutely excellent — she was kind, professional, and did a wonderful job. My pedicure turned out great, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience with the nail technician who did my manicure was very different. I noticed that my nail shape was uneven, so when I was checking out, I politely asked the lady at the front desk if it could be fixed. She asked the technician, and instead of responding professionally, the technician gave a look of clear inconvenience — as if we were wrong for even asking. Upset bc I have barely had my nails done a week. && They’re ALL chipping. Never has this happened to me anywhere else I’ve been. I had to go here bc my normal nail place was closed. I just wanted to warn others. 50 bucks to have them start chipping and breaking not even a week later.

The quality of work here has significantly declined. I’ve been a consistent customer since 2018 despite repeated poor customer service. Today, I came in for a gel pedicure 45 minutes before closing and was not greeted for several minutes. I had to ask if walk-ins were accepted. A male technician at the front desk avoided checking me in and walked to the back. I previously had a service with him in July 2022 that was unacceptable - thick, uneven polish, repeated cuts to my skin, and rough handling. When I asked for corrections, the service became aggressive. I told him to stop the service and he dropped my hands and walked away angrily. I returned once since for a manicure with another technician and had a good experience, but overall the service is poor and there is no desire to service

If I could give them a zero I would, went there to get a fill in and the lady cut my nails down and miss shaped them horribly and when I noticed it and asked for someone to fix it, they proceeded to tell me that they could not fix it and let me walk out with my nails not done. horrible place would never go back there and I used to go there every two weeks to get my nails done

Works experience although they are friendly, didnt get what I ask for and was forced to get what they wanted me to have I was told to change my Perception on how bad it looked then I would like it. I will never go back!! I went on Sunday around noon this is my nails on Wednesday!!!!! Whyyyy what a waste $100 down the drain pics of what I ask for and what I got along w crooked nails
