So grateful that Spin Therapy has become my safe space to feel good in my own body and for always pushing me to get out of my comfort zone to try new things!! Every instructor never fails make me feel welcomed and loved! Come sweat with us!! The energy in every building is unmatched and you won’t be disappointed, I promise! You will be left speechless and confident in yourself!! Come give it a try or two and you’ll see a difference!!

Spin therapy will be your happy place — the energy, the music, and the incredible instructors make every ride feel like home. They’re so welcoming and encouraging; you walk in as you are and leave stronger every time.

Literally left speechless & so thankful after my first ride with Lauren & now I’m there 4-5 times a week! Give it 3 classes & you’ll be HOOKED I promise! I never thought I’d be visibly gaining muscle just by going to spin class but the full body workouts leave me feeling like jello quite often!! So thankful for Lilly & her crew at Spin Therapy!

Absolutely amazing studio, I’ve only been twice now but I’m already looking into my next class. I’ve rode with Lauren both times and she’s an amazing motivator. I’m not in the best shape but even when I have to slow down or sit no one judges just motivates to keep going. They have upgraded their bikes recently and have plans to add more classes and such in the future so I’m excited to see what is still to come.

Some of the most fun that I’ve had while exercising!! 10/10 🌟I would say after the 3rd ride I was hooked! Full body workouts throughout the week and plenty of times to choose from! All the instructors are super hype girls that encourage you along the way✨
