After being pregnant I decided I wanted to treat myself with some new hair. I decided on the “calico” color trend. I made an appointment online and was assigned Jenna Saltekoff because I didn’t have a specific stylist I wanted as I had never been to this salon before. I ended up going in that first appointment for just a consultation and a quick trim. We talked at length about my current hair and what I wanted it to look like. I was completely honest about the fact that a year and a half ago I had put brown Ion dye on my hair. She stated I might have to come in for a couple sessions to get those pieces to the blonde I had in mind. I told her my hair usually lifts well but that I understood it may take more than one session. I came in for my appointment to get the color done and she was say

SAVE YOUR MONEY ! Won’t go in to great detail but wasted my money and never got what I wanted , one of the owners completely blew me off when I tried to explain to her I was not satisfied with my hair and then I tried calling to see if I could get my very ruined hair fixed and got told I would be reached by the owner who never called me , very unprofessional. I wasted 250+ dollars to get treated horribly even though I was respectful and professional the entire time, I also got my hair ruined and it is still fried even after months of me taking care of it . It seems every comment on here is about how Victoria is holding the salon down while the owners keep making excuses as to why everyone else’s hair is completely ruined and can not be fixed ; try taking accountability for a change and adm

I always love my appointments with Victoria! She always does such a great job on my hair and has helped me so much on learning how to love my hair. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and I always feel welcomed. They also take such great care of me and definitely put in the extra work to make their clients happy!
