Each time that I've been here the person doing my hair seemed like they didn't want to work. My LAST time there, the hair stylist openly told me they were hoping I'd cancel even though I was their only client that day. It was 4pm on a Friday (a normal time that people get out of work). So much for being excited for my annual haircut. You need to do better in keeping your clients happy and not making them feel awkward just because you don't feel like doing your job. I did not want to engage in conversation after feeling like that. I still tipped her $20 for her trouble. Thanks for the cut and color but I won't be back.

I wasn’t happy with the haircut. Although I used a Groupon, I was charged extra due to my hair length, and the result was disappointing. The layering wasn’t done well, and the overall cut was not impressive. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Love this Salon!! Very friendly hairdressers and staff with very fair prices. Both my daughters, ages 8 and 9 years old, got their hair cut there $15.00 for wash cut and blow out. Hair came out beautiful. They also enjoyed the treats and snacks they had. Will go back!

I can’t be more happier than I am with this Keritan treatment I had on Saturday with Bernadette. What an amazing job she did with my hair. It is simply gorgeous. Bernadette was so professional and thorough. My hair looks and feels amazing.She was very kind, thoughtful and we shared great conversations.It made the time fly with by. She never rushed and was very patient to cover every inch of my hair. Best Keritan treatment I have ever had. Thank you Bernadette for all your expertise. I will definitely come back to see you.

Loved my whole experience (first visit) at this salon. Deanna and Daisy helped me feel like a long time customer. I got a special hair conditioning treatment, and a beautiful, healthy cut that primped up my look and made me look feel great, and HAPPY. Thank you Spellbound! I will be back! 😎
