Came on 1/17 for an ombré full set and deluxe gel pedicure. Pedicure was $60, and toes are fine for now. However on 1/18 not even 24 hours after my appointment a nail already broke. For a $70 full set this is unacceptable. This was my first visit and probably my last, and I honestly should’ve looked at the reviews before coming. Genuinely overpriced and there’s better service and quality elsewhere. Hopefully I don’t get charged for a repair. Updated on 1/18: To start, Bella was extremely rude and unprofessional. I received a full set of acrylics on 1/17/2026, and less than 24 hours after receiving a full set, one of my nails popped off. I returned to the salon for a repair and waited until she was available. I respectfully asked not to be charged, as the issue occurred within 24 hours of

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a complete joke. This was my first and last visit there. The service was awful, the workers were not friendly or welcoming at all. I only decided to stop here as it’s close to my job and my primary nail tech was out of the salon. But reassure I will never go back to this place. I knew it would be an issue when the guy who was doing my nails didn’t even pay attention to what I asked for. Not to mention he charged me for a full set of nails and I don’t have a full set, I have an overlay on my natural nail. My nails were just done on Friday evening and they look a mess as if I had a kindergartner do them. Looks like I need a fill in already and it’s only been 3 days. Save yourself the money and hassle and stay away from here!!!

This was my first and last time going here the shape I asked for I did not get he just did what he wanted to do. Then it was one nail that was looking like a duck nail, which I didn’t ask for I asked for that to be fixed him, and whoever the girl that was working beside him was looking like they didn’t know what I was talking about. The girl told me I should be fine which to me if I’m paying for something I would appreciate if I’m getting what I paid for. I did pay for my nails, but I won’t be going back. They don’t have great customer service there. To pay I said I was gonna do a tap pay and the girl was like give me your phone. I told her no I’m not giving my phone to you I will tap my own phone i was not satisfied with the service or the people

the people here are nice, but the service just isn’t it. Every time I come, my hands or feet are never done right. There’s always extra skin left, and the polish starts peeling the next day. I’ve given this place multiple chances because it’s close to my house and convenient, but it’s the same thing every time. This last visit was the final straw. They tried to charge me almost $100 more than what I actually got. When I questioned it, the lady swore up and down that’s what I asked for. I told her to pull the cameras and see what I pointed at, because that’s not what I said. I honestly don’t know why I kept coming back, but I’m done. My advice: stay far away and go to another nail salon. There are plenty of others in the area that actually take pride in their work. Unfortunately, I had to

i do my nails regularly and my nail height is always the same, this time i was in a rush and decided to go to the nearest nail salon to me. i don’t know if the artist needs more training or they just don’t care that people are spending their hard earned money in these establishments and they’re just trying to get us in and out as fast as they can to make as much money as they can not caring of the outcome of the nail. i can do my own nails better than this, was left bulky and nail polish on skin.. my toe nail even peeled off all in a matter of hours. when i asked them to fix it they said it was because my nails were “too short” and refused to fix it or refund me my money the only option was for them to take off the polish, this was the manager might i add. i think they forget the art of be
