Spectra Hair Creations & Dayspa

I contacted the salon on 1/30/26 in order to book hair appointments for myself and my two daughters. The appointments were scheduled for 2/21/26, starting at 10 am. The lady who took down my information (can't remember her name) stated that I was already in their system from an appointment I made years ago and confirmed the appointments were made. I know they had my correct number. I show up at 9:50 am on the morning of the 21st. The sign said closed and no lights were on. There was clearly no receptionist present. When I tried the door, I was met by a stylist who asked if I was Francis's customers. I gave her my name and she said that Francis had been trying to get a hold of me all morning because she had a stomach virus. I informed her that I had received no calls or texts from anyone.

Haley squeezed me in for my first appointment here, and she was amazing! She was very thorough in consulting me on what I wanted from this hair cut, provided some helpful suggestions, and then did a great job doing exactly what I asked. She’s very friendly and efficient, and the salon is beautiful. I’ve already got my next appointment booked!

Professional hair color from a true hair artist and a charming place in downtown Ellijay, Ga! I wish I had “before” pictures as I had resorted to at home box color during the shut-down. This visit was a major step towards recovery! Haley at Spectra has done an amazing job - and it’s always a wonderful experience to spend the afternoon there in a charming, light-filled, beautifully decorated space. I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how amazing Hailey is. This is definitely a long overdue review as she has been doing my hair for over 3 yrs.. I recently moved almost 2 hrs. away and make the drive because i can’t find anyone close that can touch her work.

I recently switched to Spectra salon after trying 2 other local hair salons and I have been thrilled with my visits with Frances. She asks all the right questions to determine the look I'm going for and is very detail oriented. She never rushes (my previous experiences have been 10-15 minute cuts. She was also great at explaining how my hair would grow out based on different cuts. Franes is extremely friendly and talented and I will continue to request her services and enjoy the beautiful salon.
