Special Touch Beauty Supply

This is my first time visiting this beauty supply store. They had a wide variety of hair products. Unfortunately, the edge controller I needed, they didn't have it. But I was able to get a turmeric soap for my face and some oils for my hair. The workers were kind and very helpful. I would definitely visit again.

6/15/20 I wanted to see the new wig collection after COVID 19 lock down. they still have the previous selection! So I just got spray hair color and give my old wig new color! That's how you save a $. The new normal !!!!

I love this beauty supply store! They have every thing you need in this store. I'm telling you ladys. And the prices are reasonable as well as the quality of Thier products. .. the lady in the store is very helpful as well , she make you feel very comfortable and important. This is the first and last time I will be buying anything here, not only when I got home I realized that the oils I bought was open even the hair fertilizer was also open, customer service is awful, waited for 30 minutes just to tell me whatever I was I'll give them zero star.

I assume this place gets its daily ordeal of people stealing or people acting out of character because as I walked in the first thing I see is an employee (Asian) behind the counter with what already seem to be an attitude. I asked him if he carried a few well known beauty brands and he said no - so i asked him regarding a certain brand - he said he did. He brought down the item and I told him I was going to get something else... then I see a lady go right by the door with the meanest looking face staring me down and another guy asking me if I needed something else... basic profiling. To put things in perspective - I’m polite, usually with a smile, and nicely dressed unless if I’m in gym attire. Just terrible customer service overall. I just got what I needed to get and left...
