Special Touch

My hair was so soft and lasted for weeks! Friendly staff too. They gave me an awesome color and blowout. I loved my experience and hope to be able to visit again soon. The manager and her daughter are the most friendly people ever!! This is a must for natural girls who want straight hair without heat damage!

Went for the first time yesterday, they seemed to do a really good job on their customers. No negative talking in Spanish (they didn't know I understood) so I enjoyed the service. I do think they should use a little more moisturizer on the hair depending on the hair types. My hair was beautiful not when I walked out of the door, but about 6 hours later when my curls fell (use to walking out looking flawless). Then after dancing, my hair was back to a super frizz, but I didn't get a hard press or flat iron so don't want to put that on their business. I did get a really good trim from Chana. Will update this with more feedback and a better assessment after my next visit there.

I’ve been coming to this salon since 2002. Thank You Maria and Team (Christina) for taking care of my Mom and I all these years. (And a few friend’s along the way). I can say I’m a “lifer.” I have had long hair, short hair, and all the basic coloring, Red, black, brown, blonde, highlights, low lights. I’ve come to them before going out or events and I’m never disappointed. They have taken care of my at-home hair coloring mistakes or in between bad hair cuts from other salons if I was impatient or not wanting to make the drive. They can match colors perfectly if I got lucky with my at home color while waiting for my next appointment. My roots come in every three weeks but my appointments are generally once every two months. I always leave feeling like my hair looks great. It’s very soft

I love this place, I have been going there for about 10 yrs and my stylist always deliver whatever is the color, or the haircut... I have very long and very tight curls, and my stylist Maricarmen always leave me looking spectacular!! I also take my mom and I use to bring my Dad too. Everyone is very kind and we always feel welcomed. Well worth the drive and the waiting. Just make sure you call for an appointment because it is usually very busy... I will NEVER go to this place again!!!! I am shocked beyond belief. I can in for just a trim. I keep my hair healthy and as many have said before, they asked me if my hair was permed. I said yes. She said sit in the chair which i waited until about 15 min. I really wanted my hair trimmed so i waited with my daughter. Some lady comes up to me and starts brushing my hair hard and rough then starts trimming it. She didn't give me her name say hello or anything. She was rough the whole time and she seemed like she was in a rush. I doubt she even trimmed it correctly. She seemed unsure of how to trim it. She gave me layers and my hair in the front is short. She never asked me how i wanted it trimmed or what kind of cut. When the receptionist rang me up, she says,.......$$$$$30. I was confused.
