Great massage. Did the 60 mins with a foot add-on. Clean, refreshing and relaxing environment. Friendly staff. It is in the mall area so lots of parking including a few that are designated for the spa.

My first visit to the Natick Mall location set a high bar. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the men’s locker and restroom area, everything felt intentional and calming. The robes were plush and substantial, and the entire experience had a quietly pampering quality without feeling overdone. I had a skin treatment with Elisa, and she was outstanding. She explained each step clearly before we started, which immediately put me at ease, and her calm, attentive presence carried through the entire session. The treatment was exactly what I needed. The service menu online is clear and accurate, so there were no surprises. Pricing is especially impressive, very competitive for the MetroWest area, to the point where it almost feels like a steal. Highly recommend. I’ll absolutely be back.
