Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had — even under new management. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this place has completely missed the mark. I came in without an appointment and was told there were no openings until 3:30. I then asked if they could just remove my liquid gel, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The technician removing my gel nails cut my fingers twice during the process. Not once did he apologize. Instead, he simply pulled my hand forward and continued as if nothing happened — which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was shockingly unprofessional. The person working the desk was more focused on discussing her SATs and not getting into FGCU than on the customers in front of her — c

New Owners, Greg & Sara, are very nice & friendly. My nail tech, Mimi, as well as all the other technicians are fabulous and do great work. I've been coming here for over 2 years and I've had a great experience. I look forward to seeing the new changes they have in store.

I had a gel manicure with Brendan at Spa Tique Nails and couldn’t be happier. He’s meticulous, kind, and made the experience relaxing from start to finish. My nails look beautiful!

The receptionist is always kind to patrons and makes courtesy calls. Theresa does a great job. She has a light touch, and my nails don't look like chiclets. Andy is hilarious and keeps the customers happy. The bonus is that they send a reminder text the evening before appointment.

This salon is under new ownership and management. I have always liked Leyda for both pedicure and manicure. Hopefully the new owners, Sarah and Greg, will be more alert to some of the mismanagement of the former manager, Andy.
