I had planned to order a replacement piece for my spa pedicure chair. I had spoke to Lisa and then Byron in Customer Service. I am big on Customer service and I can honestly say that, SpaSalon did not disappoint me, per my conversation with these two! They stayed asking me the necessary questions, explained exactly how I should send the photos (to compare the products) and made sure we were both on the same page. Thank you Lisa, Thank you Byron, you made my call in inquiry effortless. Unfortunately I didn’t need the particular seat cushion replacement, but when I’m ready, I’ll be sure to call SpaSalon.

Thrilled to find parts… an old spa pedicure chair, but this company screwed up my credit card purchase online and they didn’t actually send the items, instead canceled order and they’re currently holding five authorized holds/charges on my credit card because they said my billing address was different from my shipping address and that’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. I contacted my American Express company and I found out that they’ve already processed and authorized the full payment of $116.37 order… but this company is saying the opposite so there’s something fishy and wrong with the situation. #NeverUsingThemAgain #becareful I’m Still awaiting these five authorizations to fall off my card hopefully!

Do not use them. If you really wanna use them, buy something simple. Do not buy anything like pedicure chairs, anything heavy and expensive. It took 6 months to receive those chairs I ordered. And by the way, they will collect $$ at the very beginning. They will NOT refund. If you cancel, they will take 10% out of it. Description said 2 weeks to ship. However, after money was collected, they called and said it would take 2 months instead of 2 weeks. Eventually it took 6 months, and they sent me wrong chairs. How awesome!!!!!!!! Every time I called them to see where my chairs were, they said not yet shipped, they would ship it next week. I swear I called more than 10 times and all the time they said next week. Stay away. We bought 4 spa a year and half ago, and they all came with pumps. Then couple months ago we bought 5 more, and this time they didn’t come with pumps. Called and had to pay separated charge and shipping again. After installation, they all drained at about 10 minutes . Called and Chuck gave 3 different quotes in the same day for upgrading pumps. I would not recommend to buy any merchandise from this business. If you check their rating, it reflects the way these people done business. They only cared before you buy, the aftermath would be true color how they are. Good luck to all new customers.
