Sparkles Nails Lounge

This was my first time getting my nails done in three years. I gave the woman my photo, the end result wasn’t exact but I thought they were pretty in the moment. Took about 2 hours. The nail design itself took 5-10 minutes. Most time went into shaping. From afar they looked good. The problem was when I looked closely at home. Had them for a week and realized she never put the gel down all the way so I have space/ pockets between the acrylic and my nail bed where hair cream, food, anything gets stuck in it. So now I’m constantly going between them with a thin needle and a scrubber every ten minutes. Don’t feel like the cuticles got enough attention. As my first experience at sparkle nails Sunny and Jason really pulled through with amazing customer service and redoing my nails being super understanding and apologetic about me being unhappy when I left the day prior. My nails came out beautiful after sunny redid them and I couldn't be happier. I stopped getting my nails done for years because most techs don't care but sunny and Jason do. They've definitely gained a new client. Thanks guys !

I’ve been going here since they opened and I’ve never had a bad experience. Great place to unwind and everyone is so welcoming. Jason has been doing my nails since day 1 and he always helps me pinpoint the best colors for the season and he’s an amazing nail artist. I get so many compliments on my nails. Tammy is my go to for pedicures although I’ve used some of the other ladies too. Tammy is very thorough and my feet always feel refreshed. She makes sure my gel pedi lasts for weeks too.

New to the area and needed my nails done for my bridal shower. Came based on a referral from someone online. I was worked on by Tracey for a simple pedi and mani with tips. 10000/10, I honestly can’t wait to come back. Tracey was so nice and kept striking some conversations to get to know me. Her massage game is on point and is very thorough with exfoliating. It was a great first experience and even recommended me a good neutral color with glitter for a nice pop!
