Sparkle Nail & Spa

Ive been coming here for a few months now and its been such a pleasant experience. I had stopped going to Craze nails right by it because they kept failing me, always with bad attitudes, and hurting me with their tools, but at Sparkle its great customer service and care! I was recommended by a colleague to go to Vi and she’s been the best! Shes very kind and helpful. I also recently came for a pedicure with my boyfriend to prepare for our holiday trip and we both enjoyed it, very relaxing by the other ladies there. Went in as a walk in for a pedicure, sat in pedicure chair for over 25 mins waiting for a nail tech. Mind you NO ONE was in the shop, it was definitely not busy at all. My nail tech was rough and not so friendly or gentle. I asked for the basic pedicure which is $30 on their menu, but was charged $45 and when it was time to pay the nail tech asked me what I’d like to tip , which is rude . My big toe and 4th toe is already chipped and that’s with gel. Place was dirty too . Definitely will not be back

This was my first time at Sparkles and Vee was absolutely amazing! She was super detailed and did my nails exactly how I wanted! I will be back more times. Super recommend!

This located in a very nice area. Very clean, and decorated nicely. I went here with a group of four for pedicures and they were very nice and accommodating. We were all able to sit together and I noticed they made sure another group at the manicure area were able to sit together after someone else left. They were very gentle when it came to a few people in my group with feet issues, such as calluses. I was kind of worried considering the amount of one star reviews on here. While we were there I was reminded we’re in a “nicer” area and for some reason people here tend to need to find some reason to complain. I overheard the tech show the gel polish to someone to make sure it matched their choice from the card and she acted like it was the rudest question. So take some of the reviews with

Vee!!!! She's the best! She corrected the "coffin" shape I had gotten at a nail salon around the corner from them. The gel color French tip is on point! Vee perfectly created the nails that fit my fingers. I highly recommend visiting her ASAP!
