Horrible experience here tonight. I called earlier this afternoon to make an appt for 6:30 for manicure and pedicure. When I arrived I was greeted by screaming and yelling for 10 min where they kept saying my name over and over. Then I was told that the person I made an appointment with had already left- I didn’t schedule with anyone in particular so idk what theyre talking about. When I was lucky enough to receive my very aggressive and rude pedicure they continued to talk about me the entire time and were obviously annoyed that I had come in. Meanwhile, some of their regular customers came while I was there and they were greeted warmly and even offered massages with their services which began at 7pm. For this reason I paid my $80 bill and left just $1 each for tip. They screamed (again)
I loved it at first but last time I was there I had a 12 o'clock appointment, so I got there 10 minutes early, the worker was working on someone else, then she came over to me and said I was too early, I said it's ok I'll wait, she then proceeded to tell me to come back at 12:30 when my appointment was at 12. I refuse and I ask her to find someone else to do my nails, which she did but I had to wait another extra 10 minutes. I needed my nails done that day otherwise I would have walked away, needless to say I'm never going back to this place. Oh and she was telling everyone that I came too early that was rude. By the way I went to this place like 10 times with an appointment scheduled and every time I had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes just saying.
A positive is that it’s always quick and easy to get a service. The negative is they don’t use clean water or empty the basins during a pedicure. You shouldn’t have to ask them to rinse with fresh water—it’s just gross.
Got a gel pedicure and picked a color when I went to pay I was told that color I picked was $30 more because it’s special… no where was it posted it was extra. Then after paying he proceeded to say what you’re not leaving a tip?! Humiliated and annoyed I left one and left. Will not be returning…
I’ve been going here for 3 years. I usually just get a spa pedicure. They’re all professional and the girls are very friendly. The place is very clean. For the first time I had a dip done. It lasted a full 2 weeks without chipping. I removed it at home with a warm water soak and a wooden stick and had no problems. If you get a gel or dip, you need to understand that your nails will be a little less strong after. If you don’t know that already, here’s your memo. I have very strong nails naturally, so it wasn’t a problem to temporarily have slightly weaker nails. I used a hardening clear and have had no issues. My toes usually last 2-3 weeks depending upon what polish I choose. They always cut them and fix my big toe nails which need to be cut well on the sides. The owner isn’t the friendlie
