My fiancé and I were grateful that they were able to accommodate us last second after work for my fiancé’s birthday. The room was decorated very beautifully. The hot stones were relaxing and the essential oils were a nice touch. Our only critiques would be that some of our time was taken with explaining the different massage upgrades and water was not provided after the massage. I also received a call the day of the appointment asking for us to reschedule which was very stressful. Also, good tip is to bring cash for the tips on the original massage price.

Amazing services!! Annetta and Jaheim were both very good at what they do! We felt very welcomed throughout the experience and relaxed after! We would definitely recommend and we plan on coming back again!

Brought my girl here for her birthday and the couples massage did not disappoint. Place was clean, it smelled great in there, staff were friendly and the massages were on point. I highly recommended the hot stones.

I had a hard time booking an appointment, no one answers the phone. I don’t know how many times I called maybe a hundred times for a week. My partner and I made a mistake saying yes to the added services that she offered for the best experience and it just hard for us to say No (sucks to be kinda gullible😩) And my bad not checking the reviews before purchasing. All the reviews are true, she asked about the 25% gratuity when checking out but good thing I refused cause I brought cash ready for tipping. In all fairness, my partner was satisfied with the experience. Mine was also good but It could be better and reasonable with the price we paid for. Won’t recommend and not coming back.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage with hot towel treatment for my husband. I called yesterday and they told me they can’t book an appointment. The lady informed me that she would have to call me in two weeks to book the appointment. I told her he works and we should be able to book appointments in advance like every other business does. She said well I don’t have anything right now and by the way we’re busy it’s Valentines week and I don’t know when I’ll have openings. I told her I wasn’t trying to book for this week. I just need an appointment! She tells me that she will call me in two weeks. I told her that’s unacceptable and unprofessional and it looks like you’re running this as a part time business because you’re not interested in your customers. Nevertheless, I escalated with Gro
