Spaces at the Tower is great. Love the views and how well maintained the place is (I think it’s brand new). Clients are always impressed with the office, taking my professional look to a new level. I’ve had such a great experience at Spaces, and the credit truly goes to the office manager, Sussy. She’s incredibly accommodating, professional, and always pleasant to work with. No matter what the situation is, Sussy handles it with a smile and genuine care — she goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels welcome and supported. Her attention to detail and commitment to creating a positive work environment make every workday an absolute pleasure. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such warmth and personality. Spaces is lucky to have her — she truly makes the whole experience exceptional!

Love this office! Beautifully appointed, incredible views of Burbank, comfortable office spaces, private phone booths, friendly people. The whole place feels so productive and inspiring. And the best part is Sussy at the front desk. She’s so helpful and positive and kind, just a lovely presence to run the office. Highly recommend it!

I rented an office here in the Burbank Tower for my business and am extremely happy with the location, the amenities, and all of the staff here! They have been extremely helpful in all my needs and make me feel at home. Very professional setting, has an Olive & Thyme cafe downstairs, a high end vending machine, coffee and anything else you need. Conference rooms are snazzy, and the coworking space seems to be a great place to work as well. A special shout out to Sussy, Liana, Michelle and Mason. When it came down to renewal time, they were the reason we decided to stay! Would give more stars if I could.

Sussy does a great job managing the entire office. The offices are always well kept and building clean. She is friendly and always so helpful!! She is the glue keeping Spaces running well.
